James is an adept builder of teams that deliver, developing incredible organic growth, and critically growth that is aligned to the plan and strategy of the organisation!    He has also worked with equity owned business, and lead through acquisition and divestiture rounds, James has consistently delivered outstanding returns for the business.   In his last equity leadership role as SVP Sales, he lead that team that grew top line sales over 45% in 3 years, enabling  EBITDA to triple, which in turn secured above industry returns for the investors on exit!
